Tommy Lee Jones has demanded a divorce after 14 years of marriage from  his wife Kimberlea Jones. Instead of the usual irreconcilable differences, however, Kimberlea Jones, 37, listed a personality conflict. Actually Jones has been involved with another woman, Dawn Laurel 31, for the last year that the met on his movie Good Old Boys.  Kimberlea's  his second wife. The ubiquitous actor, 48, who won an Oscar for his dogged pursuit of Harrison Ford in ``The Fugitive,'' roomed with Harvard classmate Al Gore in the '60s. Kimberlea Jones, who filed papers Friday in San Antonio, is seeking sole custody of their son, 12, and daughter, 3, plus spousal and child support.
