Take Your Daughter to Work

When he first starred in 1997's Men in Black, Tommy Lee Jones earned the unqualified respect of his 5-year-old daughter Victoria. Now that she is 10, Victoria is not so easily impressed. "She thought it was really cool that her dad was a Man in Black," says Jones, 55. "But in the last year or so, I've begun to go through a phase where, from her point of view, I am kind of goofy. I can't do anything right, and I require constant supervision, especially with driving." So how did he regain her adoration? By getting her a cameo in the sequel, MIB 2. "I was cool in the first one," says the proud pop, "and in the second one, she's cool."
